These fluxes are used for cleaning aluminium
         and its alloys (molten form).
   Due to heavy oxidation of aluminium during 
        melting there is high rate of casting rejection. It 
        results into metal loss also.
   Coverflux dissolves this oxide and other non-
         metallic impurities from the molten metal.
   This flux is to protect metals from surface 
        oxidation and protects metal against gas absorption
        from furnace atmosphere.

DEGASSERS:

Degassers are used to remove hydrogen and non-
      metallics from molten metal to eliminate porosity in
      castings.
Hydrogen pick up can deteriorate mechanical properties
       and can cause pin holes in castings. Degassers eliminates
      gas porosity, refines grains and improves mechanical 
      properties.

Application:

Degassing is most affective when pushed in the metal bath in
a form of a tablet and with the help of Plunger.

GRAIN REFINERS:

Titanium and Boron based grain refiners help in improving
Mechanical properties of the metal with the help of increased
nucleation. They are supplied in a tablet form and are most 
suitable grain refiners to give the best refinement required of
macro-micro structures.

DIECOAT:

Product Description:
Diecoats are generally water based lubricants for pressure and 
gravity die castings of Aluminium.

USAGE: Diecoats form lubricating film on the dieface which
      acts as a barrier between the molten metal and dieface to avoid 
      erosion. Diecoat also helps in easy stripping of castings from 
      the die.

Advantages: Reduces casting stains, Reduces rejections, 
      Prevents excessive die temperature.
