These are some of the advantages of ICOSET-2000 Alpha developed with American know-how. Sand of any kind can be used with this system but dry & clay free sand is recommended for better results. After sand is charged into the mixer Ester catalyst is added and mixed for one minute. Then binder is added and mixed for another minute. The sand 'Mix' is now ready for use. Continuous mixer is ideal for high productivity. Neutral co-reactant eliminates the problem of corrosion of pumps & mixers. This system is absolutely free from all environmental hazards.Besides the advantages mentioned above ICOSET-2000 Alpha is made from 100 % indigenous raw materials, gives excellent surface finish, high hot strength and has excellent collapsibility.
