CORE OILS

We have been manufacturing Core Oils for last 32 years and more than 200 foundries are using our Core Oils. These Core Oils represent basic line of Core Oils ranging from slow baking to faster baking for making sand cores for steel, nodular or malleable irons and non - ferrous castings. These Core Oils are specially compounded to give low gas evolution and having wider baking range. The Cores will have excellent permiability, collapsibility and scratch hardness. They will be non - hygroscopic and non - friable having longer storage life.

	For precision cores at high speeds, better & less costly than shell system..

	SHELL RESINS :
	Phenol base thermoset Resins supplied with catalyst to give low gas and high strngth with minimum secondary expansion ..
