High Performance Binder For Refractories
 
Introduction:
 
Satoshell -200 is a novolak type phenol Formaldehyde Resin in form of liquid. This is a viscous material having no drying characteristics at ambient tempreture. The material is easily compatible with the catalyst, Hexamethylene tetramine (HEXA) and can coat refractory grains and graphite flakes either individually or in a mixture. Magnesia carbon mix with this resin has a workability of 12 hrs. minimum providing sufficient time to the production people for pressing the mix.

Mesh size : 5 - 10% retention on 200 mesh sieve
 
Instruction for use:
 
To make a mixture for magnesia - Carbon brick following procedure may be adopted for better results.
